Nice Colt SP1 with USCG Approved 37mm Signal Launcher (Smoke ,Flares etc).  Launcher will not take 40mm grenades so it is classified as a regular rifle - NOT CLASS 3 - Federally anyone that can own a rifle can own this Colt with Launcher with an ordinary background check, but please check your local laws as there is a 10% Restocking Fee charged on sales where this item is illegal in the winning bidders state, county, or town!   There are over 19,000 Gun Laws on the books - we can not know all of them!
