Q: Are fees reasonable? Are they complicated?

A: We keep our contracts at a simple percentage of 20%; we do not work with sliding scales which could cost you money. Remember, a low commission doesn’t always mean the best deal. There are many reasons to select a company other than the sales commission. The bottom line is your bottom line

Q: Are there hidden charges in some company’s contracts?

A: Yes. Many companies have complex contracts. Read every word. Our contract is simple and short. We do not charge for photography. We do not charge for storage. We do not charge for insurance. We do not charge for cleaning your guns.  We do not charge for cash advances (up to 50% of estimated selling price!). We keep it simple. We even pay for the shipping of your guns to our online auction center. Never any extra fees except for repairs that you pre approve!

Q: Does the company specialize in firearms or do they sell all kinds of collectibles? Do you really want your guns sold at an auction that also sell toys, china and sports memorabilia?

A: We sell guns and related items. Selling firearms is our only business. We sell over 2,000 firearms a year.

Q: Does everything sell? What is the history of items failing to sell? How long does it take to sell?

A: Everything that goes to our auctions sells if you follow our pricing recommendations. If it does not sell we return it to you free of charge after 60 days. Our average sale takes place only 17 days after we acquire the gun – less than 2% are ever returned.

Q: How do I know your auctions will attract bidders?

A: Be wary of “we advertise” or other non-measurable statements.  We have an average of over 1000 hits a week per each firearm we post. That is 1000 people interested in that particular firearm. No live auction can produce those kinds of numbers. Q: Are my firearms safe until sold?

A: Ask questions about security. We keep your guns in fireproof safes and insured against loss. We further protect your property with a steel door, a sophisticated monitored alarm system and bars on the windows. We have never suffered a loss.

Q: What is the quality of pictures and listings?

A: We think ours are the best on the net . We not only produce high quality pictures and descriptions; we are the only dealer to offer high resolution down loads.
