Does the gun match? If it does not match we will disclose in the description or in the pictures

Are there any cracks or chips in the wood?   If it is not obvious in the pictures we will disclose cracks or chips in the descriptions

Is the gun re blued or refinished? If we think it has been refinished we will disclose in the descriptions

Are the barrels cut?  If we know we will disclose in the description. This question is particularly difficult on Parkers etc so we give the barrel length.

Why do you charge more for shipping and do not guarantee fast shipping if I order by mail? We are highly automated, when you do not use our secure system it causes us to have to do a bunch of things manually and we type slowly and poorly. You can pay by check or money order; just let us know when you place your order.

What is the reason you do not take credit cards by mail , email, fax or phone? See above answer AND ... we are able to offer free Master Card & Visa because we get a low rate from the credit card company because we do not take credit cards by mail , fax or phone.

Does the gun have name whatever fault here ?  No , unless it is obvious in the pictures or listed in the description then it does not have , as far as we know, any fault that you are asking about!

Do you need an FFL or C&R for this item? If you are from NJ or DC, and it shoots anything including spitballs we need an FFL. We will send air rifles, muzzle loading replica and antique long-guns , excluding in-lines, to CA without an FFL. If the it  requires an FFL and you are from California we charge $10 to comply with your latest  law, the CFLC Program. If it is on the C&R list and you live in the USA  (excluding the NY Metro Area & DC) we will take your C&R FFL by mail only, with a copy of your DL countersigned in blue ink - please do not write to complain about our policy ; write the ATF and ask them to post C&R's on FFL "easycheck" and then we will be happy to take your faxed C&R. If the title of the auction says"PERCUSSION","FLINTLOCK", "BLACK POWDER", "AIRGUN", "ANTIQUE","NO FFL"or BP" we will send it anywhere in the USA except NJ, CA and the New York Metro Area, without an FFL.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KNOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS! Here is a summary but it is NOT all inclusive! "Assault weapons" are prohibited in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. Some local jurisdictions in Ohio also ban "assault weapons." Hawaii prohibits "assault pistols." California bans "assault weapons", .50BMG caliber firearms, some .50 caliber ammunition and "unsafe handguns." Illinois: Chicago, Evanston, Oak Park, Morton Grove, Winnetka, Wilmette, and Highland Park prohibit handguns; some cities prohibit other kinds of firearms. Maryland prohibits "assault pistols"; the sale or manufacture of any handgun manufactured after Jan. 1, 1985, that does not appear on the Handgun Roster; and the sale of any handgun manufactured after January 1, 2003 that is not equipped with an "integrated mechanical safety device." Massachusetts: It is unlawful to sell, transfer or possess "any assault weapon or large capacity feeding device" [more than 10 rounds] that was not legally possessed on September 13, 1994 and the sale of handguns not on the Firearms Roster. The City of Boston has a separate "assault weapons" law. The District of Columbia prohibits new acquisition of handguns and any semi-automatic firearm capable of using a detachable ammunition magazine of more than 12 rounds capacity and any handgun not registered after February 5, 1977. Virginia prohibits "Street Sweeper" shotguns. (With respect to some of these laws and ordinances, individuals may retain prohibited firearms owned previously, with certain restrictions.) The sunset of the federal assault weapons ban does not affect the validity of state and local "assault weapons" bans.

Our goal is NO Surprises! We absolutely disclose in the pictures or description any and all faults that we know.
