1) Is your program legal? Our program is not only legal but free, safe and easy. We are licensed by the federal government and have gone through rigorous background checks by the FBI and ATF. We know and follow all firearm regulations and will lose our license if we do not comply with Federal Law.
2) How do we know you will pay for the gun or return the gun free of charge if I do not like my payment as advertised?
Unlike most on line companies our license and credentials can be checked independently through the federal government.
While a license does not guarantee we are honest, we would not have been granted our license if we had ever been convicted of any crime.
A copy of our license will be included with your kit and our shipping label will correspond to our license.

3) My gun is not registered to me or in my state. I do not have any proof of ownership - can I still sell it to you?
Yes. All we ask is that you to provide a photo copy of your identification . We do this solely to avoid buying stolen guns. All of your information is kept confidential by law.
4) My Gun is no longer legal in my state to own - can I still sell it to you?
Yes - All firearms, including so called assault rifles and high capacity weapons, are legal in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania so they can be sold to a FFL holder in PA. We handle all firearms.
