Mauser Large Ring 1 pc scope base. The one piece bases ties the top of the action together and improves accuracy by reducing flex on a bolt action rifle. The mount pictured is in the white to show up against a PSS rifle. (rifle not included!). The Mauser mount hangs over the front as show. Your mount will be matt finished black anodized. Comes with screws, we use all 4 holes not 3. Center is relieved to single load or get a round out if needed. Opening is beveled to allow better, smoother access. Front of mount is longer to allow mounting of longer scopes and better positioning to fit your shooting style. Fits rings from all manufactures that we are aware of, including Leupold and Badger Ord. This is a Weaver Style base, the cuts and size are Mil. Spec. Picatinny. This Mount fits Large Ring Mauser Commercial action guns that came drilled and tapped from the factory, Interarms Mk X and Parker Hale for example, but is also available undrilled. It is NOT relieved for a stripper clip guide although you can relieve it yourself.

The bolt pattern is the same spacing as the B Square fixture. Be aware - some gunsmiths locate the drill fixture can vary on Some guns. Again, this is drilled for the factory bolt pattern..
