Fits the bolt pattern of a Remington 740, 742, and 760 rifles. The bolt pattern is the #62 Weaver mount, The pattern also fits the S&W 41 (there may be clearance problems on the short barrel). Can be used as 62 base on Remington 1100 1187 and 870 shotguns. when drilled and tapped into these guns. The 62 base also fits the Deer Slayer Ithica 37 and 87 12 gauge shotguns.

The Picatinny Rail allows you to select where the rings and the scope are located on your gun - better than having only a couple cross slots at the extreme ends. Works perfect with Leupold rings designed for Weaver or MK 4 bases.

Comes with mounting screws. Matt finish anodized 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum.
