If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, within 3 days of delivery to you or your designee, whichever comes first, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days (refunds after 3 days of delivery are given at the sole discretion of Lowe's) of the purchase date will be credited in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Cancelled orders are charged a 10% restocking charge. Layaway deposits of 20% are not refundable. All used guns come with a 90 day guarantee ; if your certified gun requires repair return it to us ; if we can not repair the gun we will refund the price you paid for the gun. Abuse of the firearm , including but not limited to , use of reloads or improper amunition, damage caused by bore obstructions, alterations to the firearms operating mechanisms, are excluded.
