Comments	1903 A 3 Springfield conversion to 1903 A 4 configuration This rifle was a recent project of a Springfield enthusiast.  This is a WW 2 Remington 1903 A 3 converted into a sniper type 1903A 4 configuration.  The rifle has a minty 1944-barrel and nickel steel bent bolt.  The scope mount is a Redfield junior mount and the scope is a vintage Weaver 330 scope with the correct post reticule.  Rifles similar to this one were fielded by troops in Korea when 1903 A 3 Springfields were reworked into sniper rifles based upon the WW 2 era 1903 A 4 sniper rifles.  Here is your chance to put a fine rifle in your collection at a fraction of the cost of a true 1903 A 4.
